A standard will generally suits straightforward wishes and an uncomplicated estate. Blended families, trusts, business interests, overseas assets or excluding a potential beneficiary may require additional advice and a separate quote. Your solicitor will confirm suitability.
What does the $539 offer cover?
The $539 fee includes GST and, for a suitable standard will, attendance to take instructions, will preparation, the opportunity to review drafts, attendance to sign and storage of the original will. Powers of attorney, advance care directives and more complex estate planning should be discussed separately.
Can my partner and I both make a will?
Yes, you can enquire about wills for both of you. The advertised $539 offer is for one person’s standard will. Ask Vinlio to confirm the scope and total fee for two wills.
Will I need an in-person appointment?
Vinlio offers online and in-person services. Tell us where you are based so we can confirm the appointment and signing arrangements available for your circumstances.
Does a will cover every asset?
Not necessarily. Superannuation, assets held in trusts and property owned as joint tenants may pass outside your estate. Let your solicitor know about these so your arrangements can be considered together.
Am I committing to anything by enquiring?
