Does every estate need probate?
No. It depends on the assets and whether an institution requires a grant before releasing them. We can discuss your circumstances.
What does the $3,500 fee cover?
It includes GST and the initial hour taking instructions, enquiries with institutions, application preparation, attendance to sign and lodge, liaison with the Court on your behalf, and certified copies of the grant and associated documents.
Are court fees included?
No. Court filing fees and other disbursements are additional. Vinlio & Associates will discuss these costs before work begins.
When is the offer available?
The offer is for enquiries received between 1 and 30 November 2026, even if work starts later. No probate cases are excluded. Court fees and other disbursements are extra.
How long does probate take?
Timing depends on the application and the Court. A grant is not automatic, and Vinlio & Associates will discuss the process with you.
Am I committing to anything by enquiring?
No. The form starts a conversation. No payment is taken here, and sending an enquiry does not create a solicitor-client relationship.
